Like if they're 5 minutes late for work, I look at my watch, I look at them and they just get it.
Even though I know this outfit would have been much more lovely with heels, there are just some days my feet need to rest. I'm always afraid of getting horrible bunions again, I used to have them and hide my feet with sneakers all the time when I realized that my feet weren't like everyone else. In high school, I had surgery and I remember being so happy to wear plain old flip flops without being super self conscious. It was definitely a nice feeling.
agree with you, we need to rest from the killer heels :)

Cute outfit and super-cute shoes! I had a bunionectomy years ago and WOW ... so glad I did. Just found your blog... cute!

the bag with the stripes is perfect- i loooove!
ReplyDeleteI love that dress! It looks pretty great with your flats. I worry a lot about how my feet will look if I wear uncomfortable heels all the time. I always keep a spare pair of flats lying around.
