Always be yourself unless you can be a unicorn. Then always be a unicorn.

Prabal Gurung x Target's First Date sweatshirt was one of the top choices of mine when his line came out.  Mirror prints have always intrigued me, but my lack of pattern and color in my wardrobe has kept me from buying anything of the sort.  This is definitely a girl outfit, as in girls would think this outfit/top is cute, while boys would be like "wtf are you wearing."  Lucky me that the boyfriend is very supportive to the more interesting things that I wear.

Note that these were taken when it was actually colder out (prior to spring and summer).  There is no way I'd be tucking my hands into a sweatshirt right now.. it's finally cooled down around here to a normal and bearable temperature.

Do more of what makes you happy.

I got my hair cut in NYC on Saturday and was reminded that I had never posted these old photos of my last hair cut, which was almost a year ago.  The boyfriend and and I had some fun with the pictures so I had to share them.

I've still got some old photos that I still need to post onto the blog, but I'll reveal my new hair cut soon!

Chocolate doesn't ask silly questions. Chocolate understands.

One of the bloggers that I enjoy checking out is Sincerely, Jules.  She's got a fantastic way of creating outfits that seem comfortable for every day wear.  So when I found out she had some t-shirts that she was selling, I had to check them out.  I settled on this sweatshirt with the inspiring message: Dream, Believe, Achieve.. which is something I need to remember to do more of.  It's super comfortable and easily paired with any bottoms.  Best of all, it's completely affordable!  Can't wait to see what else she comes up with next!
