You're like aging ballerina, child chess prodigy, old magician crazy.

It was like a wind tunnel taking photo on the top floor of a parking garage. Made for some messy hair in my photos.

I adore the horse print on this Zara blouse with a bit of stud detailing on the shoulder and the end of the sleeves.

When you fake smile, everybody else fake smiles back.

Right now is the weather where I can still wear ankle boots and feel normal. When it gets warmer and everyone is wearing flip flops and sandals, I feel that must wear flip flops and sandals as well. I think the feeling mostly comes from not wanting sweaty, smelly feet (apologies for any visual that I've given you). I'll be taking advantage of being able to wear skirts and dresses with bare legs + ankle boots for as long as possible. It's the one downside to not having fabulous weather everyday (damn Californians!)

Alexander Wang Black Kori Oxford boots

They're baaackk!! I was always looking for a replacement for the the Alexander Wang Off the Chain Kori boots after missing them the first time around. They've come back and revamped them. I just loved the cutout heel from the originals and though the new version doesn't have the chain detailing, they are still pretty darn cool.

I do not light up. What you're seeing is probbably radiation from the summer I collected uranium tubes by the railroad tracks.

Winter seems to be officially over, besides the colder nights (which aren't that cold) - the temperature has been from mid to upper 60s. Absolutely beautiful weather.

Here are some some remaining photos from cooler days. I've decided if I had a uniform, it would be a t-shirt, jeans, and ankle boots (ankle boots can be switched out for some other form of footwear but you get what I mean). Depending on the weather, I also like to add a good coat into the mix.

These shades belong down! From now on think of me as a vampire, without all the annoying marketing.

Shoemint Patent Black Loafer Slippers. Too cute!

You know, having only one cute outfit takes hours off getting dressed.

I totally forgot to do a post on this..

Happy 2 year and 1 week Anniversary of myblissisthisway!!

You guys have been the absolute best and as always, I wouldn't be here without you!

So, I'm pretty sure I have an obsession with leather sleeves. I'm so glad they brought this coat back on Zara.. I was stalking Ebay to see if I could get it for a reasonable price. Finally it came back and of course I got it. Can't wait for more spring like weather to wear it with shorts, skirts, and bare legs!

I don't cry. I sold my tear ducts to an organ bank for cash two years ago.

The Rag & Bone Newbury's are one of my favorite ankle boots ever. Since seeing them on Rachel Bilson, I've waited forever to get a perfect pair on sale. I had gotten a pair of brown leather ones that just didn't feel quite right so I sold them off. Patiently stalking Rag & Bone's site.. these suede burgundy beauties popped up on sale in my size. Love the color, despite my fetish for black shoes, these actually go very well with more outfits that you'd think. And coincidentally, they match my Alexander Wang Donna pretty perfectly as well.

I also have a pair of the Newbury's in canvas (also purchased on sale) but haven't had a chance to wear them because they seem much more appropriate for spring and summer. Can't wait to wear them!

And there's no aspect, no facet, no moment in life that can't be improved with pizza.

I have now also joined Pinterest, you can find me here (I've also added a link to follow me on the right side of my page). So far Pinterest has been much easier to use than Twitter. Maybe it's the whole picture aspect, I was never one for words (I say that and yet I have a blog..). So far I have found lots of delicious looking recipes on Pinterest that my bf and I will be trying out. It's basically people sharing images of stuff they like and you can "repin" things other's have posted and you like as well, or just click "like" (similar to Facebook), if you like what they've posted. Check it out though, it's pretty cool and makes it really easy to find a ton of new items that you would have never known about!

And pictured below is my Tarte Lip Stain in Amused. See what I mean? Bright Pink.
